Fee Refund/ Cancellation Policy


  1. The student are only authorised to deposit their fee through Debit Cards/Credit Cards/Internet banking facility.

  2. Once the fee is successfully paid via above modes, it can’t be get refunded online.

  3. If , by mistake, the fee is deposited twice by the student in one transaction and he/she wants to get the refund of the additional/excess fee, he/she is required to submit a request letter along with two copies of challan/Pay Receipt i.e student copy & university copy to the office of Registrar, “Dr. K.N Modi Foundation, Modinagar”. The fee will be refunded through issuing of Account Payee cheque in the name of the student after observing necessary formalities.

  4. Refund shall only be permitted in case the candidate has given the fee twice or there is a transaction failure or otherwise.

  5. For other conditions/rules, the detail as available in the Prospectus 2013-2014 online may be read.


The Service is provided in order to facilitate access to view and pay regular admission 2013-21 online.“Dr. K.N Modi Foundation, Modinagar” or the Payment Service Provider(s) do not make any representation of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation for the Payment Gateway other than what is specified in the Website for the purpose.
